在教学工作中,承担《塑料成型工艺学》、《化学建材》等本科生理论与实践教学任务,所主讲的课程“聚合物成型工艺学”2012年被评为山东省精品课程,“化学建材”2010年被评为5845cc威尼斯登录优质课程,教学评价年年优秀,2016年获得5845cc威尼斯登录“青年教学能手”称号,曾获本科教学贡献奖4次, 2017年获得省级优秀教学成果二等奖,2018年取得工科专业国际工程认证证书。指导学生获得省级科技竞赛一等奖1项,三等奖1项;指导学生获得校级科技竞赛特等奖1项,一等奖2项;指导1项国家级学生科技创新立项1项并结题,指导学生校级SRT项目4项,其中一项获得优秀结题项目。
